Open offer from Naciron A/S and PACs – DISA Holding AG and DISA Holding A/S – to the shareholders of Disa India will open on Wednesday. The offer for 3.77 lakh shares is being made at a price of ₹3,513.01 apece. Earlier, the open offer was scheduled between April 24 and May 11. Currently, promoters hold 75 per cent stake in Disa India while domestic institutions, including DSP BlackRock Micro Cap Fund, hold 13.82 per cent and retail investors 10.2 per cent.
