Reliance Power and Reliance Communications have pledged a further number of promoter stakes, according to an exchange filing by Axis Trustee Services (ATS) — the entity in whose favour the pledge has been executed.
Promoters of RCom pledged a further 1.31 per cent, or 3.25 crore shares, to ATS on June 12. Axis now holds 8.94 per cent. As on March 31, RCom had pledged 10.04 per cent of its equity base of over 248.89 crore shares.
Meanwhile, promoters of RPower pledged a further 5.5 crore shares, or 1.96 per cent, to ATS on June 12. Axis now holds 12.21 per cent with itself.
As of March 31, RPower had pledged 26.07 per cent of its equity base of over 280.51 crore shares.
