Span Diagnostics has informed the exchanges that it has agreed to disinvest its 45 per cent stake held in joint venture company Span Nihon Kohden Diagnostics Pvt Ltd to Nihon Khoden Corporation, Japan, or to any of its subsidiaries. The pact is subject to obtaining necessary approval from FIPB and completion of required regulatory formalities, it said in a statement to the exchanges. The company, however, did not disclose the deal size. Shares of Span Diagnostics edged down 3 per cent at ₹49 on the BSE.
