UltraTech Cement's stock will react positively to its quarterly performance this week. Its net profit nearly doubled to Rs 617 crore (Rs 319 crore) in the third quarter of this fiscal due to better realisation and lower base last year. Net sales increased 23 per cent to Rs 4,572 crore (Rs 3,715 crore). Of late, cement stocks have been witnessing buying interest at the bourses. Following this performance, one can expect the momentum to sustain. .
