Corporation Bank has informed the stock exchange that Sushobhan Sarker, Chitra Gouri Lal and Ramesh Kumar Bhat have been elected as shareholder directors following elections held at the EGM on August 25.
The three directors shall be deemed to have assumed office on August 26 for a period of three years.
