Syndicate Bank has given emphasis on augmenting credit flow to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and the bank has taken several initiatives in this regard, said Executive Director TK Srivastava.
Addressing an MSME meet here, Srivastava said the initiatives taken by the bank include reduction in interest rates and processing charges, launching of new products to target identified sectors, organising awareness camps for MSME borrowers, and sensitisation of branch staff, among others. The meet was attended by over 300 beneficiaries. Srivastava said that the bank is holding MSME meets across the country.
