Andhra Bank has reduced its base rate by 25 basis points to 10 per cent from 10.25 per cent. This comes into effect from June 11. Meanwhile, Central Bank of India has decided to cut its base rate to 9.95 per cent from 10.25 per cent with effect from June 8.
