First session of 16th Lok Sabha to start on June 4

First session of 16th Lok Sabha will begin on June 4 and end on June 11.

It will have oath taking by the newly elected 543 members and nomination of Speaker.

There will also be a joint session to be addressed by the President, Pranab Mukherjee. The House will then propose and debate vote of thanks. Some legislative action is also expected during this short session.
