Drawing experience from research with Grama Panchayats in Kolar and Chikkabalapur districts, Centre for Decentralised Local Governance (CDLG), Avantika Foundation has been launched.
According to Sonali Srivastava, Co-founder and Head of CDLG, the centre is planning to build on three years of work on the Grama Panchayat Organisational Development (GPOD) project, which works towards sustainable water and sanitation.
