Puravankara Projects Ltd is planning to launch a luxury residential apartment project in Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
The project will have about 300 units of two and three bedrooms spread over four lakh square feet.
The two bedroom apartments are between 1,200 and 1,408 square feet and three bedroom apartments 1,600 to 1,792 square feet, with the prices ranging from Rs 6,500 to Rs 7,000 per square feet.
Expected gross revenues from the project are in excess of Rs 250 crore.
