Voila F9 Gourmet, a contract catering company, has launched a large commercial kitchen in Hyderabad, spread over 60,000 sq ft. Located on a 2-acre plot in the financial district of Hyderabad, it has a capacity to produce 50,000 meals daily. Vijay Amritraj, partner and CEO, Voila F9 Gourmet, said in a statement: “This massive facility gives us the bandwidth to double our existing production capacity.” Since 2007, Voila F9 Gourmet is engaged in the business of Institutional Catering. With 850 plus employees, it produces over 25,000 meals everyday for the employees in leading multinational companies. The company works through annual contracts and bills clients on a monthly basis.
