The Haryana government has notified policy parameters for regularisation of plots in civic amenities and infrastructure deficient municipal areas in the state.
Stating this here today, a spokesperson of the urban local bodies department said that the Haryana Management of Civic Amenities and Infrastructure Deficient Municipal Areas (Special Provision) Act, 2013 has been notified and as per Section 4 of it, the policy parameters were approved.
He said that as per the policy, the extent and boundary of the declared area under the Act will be demarcated and only such plots or buildings falling within the declared area will be eligible for regularisation.
Vacant plots falling in the internal area of the declared areas would be considered as eligible for regularisation.
The parts of the declared area, which are situated within the restricted belt along national highways, state highways or scheduled roads will not be eligible for regularisation.
