The Telangana Real Estate Developers' Association (Treda) is gearing up to host the Fifth Treda Property Show 2014 at Hitex centre from October 17 to 19.
Coinciding with the property show, a conference on 'Resurgent Hyderabad — Tomorrow Beckons' will be held at Novotel HICC on October 17.
While LIC Housing Finance Ltd is the Silver Sponsor for the property show, the conference is being sponsored by Pragati Group, Navayuga Realty and FirePro Systems.
The show will be open to a mix of the populace, including prospective property purchasers, investors, architects and others. It will have 180 stalls where realty developers and housing finance companies and others are set to take part.
According to P Dasharath Reddy, President, Treda, “The formation of the new Telangana State has helped put an end to a lot of ambiguities related to the real estate sector. With the initiatives taken by the new Government, we are looking at a brighter and faster growth of the sector.”
The show will bring together realty developers and buyers from across the State. The last four shows had good response. Some of the top banking and housing finance companies are expected to participate in the vent facilitating the home buyers.
