Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group has announced the launch of its township project, Godrej Infinity, in Pune.
Located in Keshavnagar, the project is spread across 43 acres and has a total saleable area of approximately 3.2 million sq. ft. (3 lakh sq.m).
Godrej Infinity is being jointly developed by Godrej Properties in partnership with Oxford Group and Ekta World.
The first phase of the project comprises of a total sale-able area of approximately 120,000 sq. m (1.28 million sq. ft.) and will consist of residential towers ranging from 17 to 22 stories.
The amenities include fully equipped clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, kids play area, senior citizen area, jogging track, multi-purpose court and landscaped central greens. There will also be a centrally located town square for convenience shopping.
Initiatives, like rainwater harvesting, solar panels, zero discharge and green roofs have been incorporated into the design to make the township eco-friendly and sustainable.
