Pune-based real estate company, Kolte Patil Developers plans to invest Rs 3,000-4,000 crore from April 14 to March 17 in new projects.

Around 75 per cent of the funds will be raised through internal accruals while rest through construction financé and equity, CEO Sujay Kalele has said.

Earlier, Kolte Patil announced has organised Nest Fest, a first-of-its-kind mega property expo from them in Pune from Feb 6-8.

It will showcase 6,000 residential units from 13 yet to be announced projects across 10 locations in Pune at the event. The prices range from Rs 4,500 to Rs 15,000 per square feet, while delivery will take place over the next two to three years.

“We delivered 8,000 apartments and invested Rs 2,000 crore in the last three years,” Kalele said.

The company plans to double the quantum of investment in the next three years, and consolidate its presence in Pune, Mumbai, Goa and Bangalore before moving to other cities, he added.
