Pune-based Kolte-Patil Developers has posted a marginal drop in net profit at Rs 19.8 crore ( Rs 20.4 crore) for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
Revenues were up 17 per cent at Rs 220 crore (Rs 188 crore).
Sujay Kalele, Group CEO, said, “We continue to sustain our sales momentum recording an increase of 46 per cent YoY in our pre-sales to 0.64 msf (million square feet). We sold 439 units during the quarter – almost five units a day. This takes our pre-sales to 1.9 msf in the 9M FY15, higher by 38 per cent in volume terms and 48 per cent in value terms to Rs 1,077 crore.”
On Friday, the company scrip closed 1.12 per cent lower at Rs 185.80 on the BSE.
