Buyers will be given two days with the architects to choose the furnishing and appliances, including cutlery.

Chennai-based Landmark Construction has launched a fully-furnished, apartment project in the ultra-premium segment pegged on a “walk in and live” concept.

Buyers can expect accessories including electrical appliances and furniture from established and leading brands, says T. Udayakumar of Landmark Construction.

Coming up at Palavakkam on the East Coast Road to the south of Chennai, these villas are priced at around Rs 6 crore each; the 4,800 sq.ft villas are on a 2.5-acre plot.

The project, Grange, will sell 28 villas.

Each villa will have a little over 3,600 sq.ft of space, four bedrooms on three levels with elevators.

The “walk in and live” concept is a novel approach to save the buyers the hassles involved in creating a living space after talking delivery of built up space, says Udayakumar.

Buyers will be allotted two days with the architects to choose the furnishing, appliances including cutlery. The choices will be from well-known brands.

The project also offers modern amenities and features a club house.

East Coast Road is evolving as a residential hub. What was formerly an entertainment and weekend home destination is growing into a hub of luxury villa project market.

Landmark has completed 24 projects and is working on 13 more.

It has also finalised 13 more residential projects, he said.
