Kaushik Roy, Managing Director of Phillips Carbon Black Ltd, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group Company, has been appointed additional director of Harrisons Malayalam Ltd, a group company headquartered in Kochi.
Apart from his current responsibilities at Phillips Carbon Black, Roy will be the Sector Head (for SBU-A) of Harrisons Malayalam. N Dharmaraj, Chief Executive, SBU-A of Harrisons Malayalam, will report to Kaushik Roy.
Roy is an M.Tech (Mechanical) from IIT Kharagpur and an alumnus of IMD-Switzerland. He also holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Tokyo.
Roy has been with Phillips Carbon Black since January 2013. He is also a member of the Managing Committee of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).
