Bangalore-headquartered MindTree Ltd, a global IT and product engineering services company, today announced the expansion of its partnership with Getronics in the areas of remote IT infrastructure management, telecom and application support services.
Getronics is a part of the €13.4-billion KPN group, according to a MindTree statement.
“This strategic partnership between MindTree and Geotronics has proven itself over the last seven years on two key objectives — cost reduction and improved quality of service and now expands to include a joint go to market agreement.
This partnership will provide our clients an extended services portfolio to choose from,” said Mr Steven van Schilfgaarde, acting CEO of Getronics.
This engagement has already ramped up to 450 engineers delivering high quality 24x7 services from MindTree’s delivery centres in Bangalore and Chennai. Both the companies expect significant engagements in the future, it said.
