The Reserve Bank of India on Monday allowed foreign institutional investors (FIIs) and registered foreign portfolio investors to invest up to 49 per cent of the paid-up capital of SITI Cable Network. Earlier, the company had received board and shareholder approval for the enhancement of FII holding. Currently, FIIs hold 13.88 per cent stake in the company, in which Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Potus Global have exposure.
