1. Mindful meditation: I follow a structured wellness routine that keeps me energised and focused. Each day begins with mindful meditation, which helps clear my mind, reduce stress, and maintain consistent focus through the day.

2. Yoga and HIIT: My fitness routine is balanced through the week — four days of yoga to improve flexibility and mindfulness, and two days of high-intensity interval training for strength and endurance.

3. 1,500 calories: I practise mindful eating, ensuring a daily intake of less than 1,500 calories, centred on clean and wholesome nutrition to support productivity and energy.

4. 8,000 steps: I make it a point to stay physically active through at least 8,000 steps each day, even on my busiest days.

5. Diet: Mornings start with a nutritional boost — soaked almonds, walnuts, and other healthy nuts. Lunch is wholesome, including rotis, green salad, boiled peas or dal, cooked vegetables, and curd. Dinner is light, followed by a 15– to 20-minute walk, aiding digestion, helping unwind, and improving sleep quality.
