Jointeca Education Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors or the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, in view of above mentioned Board Meeting, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from the opening hours of November 07, 2015 to till the closing hours of November 16, 2015.
