This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. 18th day of May, 2019, has, inter alia, approved the Audited Annual Accounts and Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019. Attached is a copy of the same pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 alongwith copy of the Auditors Report thereon stated below: 1. Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial results of the company for the quarter/financial year ended 31.03.2019 along with Auditors Report thereon. 2. Board has approved investment in subsidiary company namely JHS Svendgaard Brands Limited for an amount of Rs. 1,50,00,000/- (One Crore Fifty Lakhs) on preferential basis. 3. Board has approved the resignation of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 07.06.2019.
