Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 13th February, 2019, has approved Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2018 which have been reviewed by the Audit Committee. Arrangements have also been made to publish the Financial Results in the Newspapers. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out a Limited Review of the above results. A Copy of above results along with Limited Review report is enclosed herewith.
