Sun TV Network has reported a net profit of ₹235.91 crore on a total income of ₹619.85 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2017, on a standalone basis.
During the comparable quarter in the previous year, the company reported a net profit of ₹235.47 crore on a total income of ₹593.80 crore.
For the year 2016-17, the company reported a net profit of ₹979.41 crore (₹869.69 crore) on a total income of ₹2,703.80 crore (₹2,502.75 crore).
During the year, the company announced interim dividend twice of ₹5 each time.
