University of Hyderabad (UoH) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with University of Oslo, Norway, for cooperation in education and research. The thrust areas of association include collaborative research, exchange of scholars, researchers and students and exchange of information and materials in fields of mutual interest. Founded in 1811, the University of Oslo is Norway's largest and oldest public institution. It offers academic programmes in varied disciplines, including theology, law, medicine, humanities, mathematics and natural sciences, dentistry, social sciences and education, according to a release. —
