The Hong Kong government has awarded UST Global (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of computing and digital services provider UST Global, the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services for supply of IT services to all of its 80-plus bureaus and departments.

UST Global (Singapore) Pte Ltd will now participate in provision of category 1 pre-implementation services here, a company spokesman said.

These services range from departmental IT planning and feasibility and technical study, independent programme/ project management services and category 2 ongoing IT professional services for system maintenance and support as well as network support for Hong Kong government departments between July 31, 2017 and July 30, 2021.

The contract was formally awarded by the Government Chief Information Officer Allen Yeung at a ceremony held in Hong Kong on July 17, 2017.

Gilroy Mathew, General Manager-APAC, UST Global Inc, said the company was delighted to be awarded the contract to provide innovative and creative IT services to the Hong Kong government.
