Q3 results highlights 10th February 2025: India Inc’s Q3 earnings painted a mixed picture, with Apollo Hospitals and Eureka Forbes delivering strong profit growth, while Bata India and Eicher Motors posted muted results. Apollo Hospitals reported a 52% jump in net profit to ₹372 crore, driven by higher sales, with revenue rising to ₹5,527 crore. Eureka Forbes also posted a 52.5% profit surge to ₹35.03 crore, with revenue up 10.8% to ₹597.74 crore. In contrast, Bata India saw only a 1.2% increase in net profit to ₹58.7 crore, impacted by exceptional items, while revenue rose 1.69% to ₹918.79 crore. Eicher Motors missed analyst estimates, reporting a ₹1,171 crore profit, as higher costs and weaker sales of premium motorcycles dented margins. While Apollo Hospitals and Eureka Forbes benefited from strong consumer demand, Bata and Eicher Motors faced profitability challenges, reflecting sectoral variances in India’s evolving economic landscape.
