The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has written to the NSE to stop listing Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd which is under liquidation. According to information available on the NSE, the Office of the Official Liquidator said in a communication to the stock exchange that the High Court of Madras has appointed it as the Provisional Liquidator through an order of January 21, 2016. It has directed the Liquidator to take charge of all the properties and effects of the company.
