Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Ltd said it had received a fresh certificate of incorporation on Tuesday from the Registrar of Companies approving its name change to Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd.
In a filing to the stock exchange, the company said this follows the scheme of arrangement between Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Ltd (DPTL), Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd (DTIL) and Dhunseri Infrastructure Ltd (DIL) for demerger of the tea division of DPTL to DTIL and re-organisation of IT SEZ division of DPTL to DIL, which came into effect on September 1, 2014.
