Lanco Infratech had made an application to the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, requesting for an extension to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, has considered the company application and granted an extension of three months to hold the AGM from September 30.
Following the developments and RoC nod, the AGM will be held on or before December 31, 2017, Lanco informed the BSE. The extension was sought on the grounds that the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, had initiated corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) for the company through its order on August 7.
