Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has reduced its stake in IDFC. In a disclosure to the exchanges, IDFC said the fund house sold 3.21 crore shares, which is 2.0126 per cent of its total diluted share capital. The transaction had happened on June 27 and through open market. Post the sale, AB Sun Life MF's holding in IDFC is reduced to 3.0834 per cent from 5.0960 per cent. Shareholders will closely monitor whether the found house or others will reduce stake in IDFC.
