The board of directors of Redington India will meet on Monday to consider a proposal to buy back fully paid-up equity shares of the company.
Shareholders would be keen to know the size and price of the buyback issue, besides its promoters’ interest. Also, the mode of buyback - whether through open market purchase or by tender process on proportionate basis, will also be watched. If the board okays the tender route, investors would eye record date details.
