The Bengal Shristi Infrastructure Development, promoted jointly by Asansol Durgapur Development Authority and Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation, on Saturday handed over the keys of the Town House, in Shristinagar, Asansol.
The model flat of Tarang, the premium condominiums, was unveiled by Malay Ghatak, State Labour and ESI Minister.
According to Sunil Jha, Director, Bengal Shristi, Town House has been modelled on the European country house of the 18th century.
Town House consist of duplex units, in which the ground and first floor occupants will enjoy lawns; second and third floor owners will have the roof top terrace to themselves. The units also come with balconies. There is an internal staircase that connects the two levels in each unit.
Townhouses, the company said in a press release, have been conceived for the purpose of attributing privacy of a bungalow and service efficiency of a township for the people of Asansol.
Tarang on the other hand, offers an array of two and three bedroom apartments spread over 12 floors.
Shristinagar is being projected as a prototype of several large format townships that Shristi will come up with across the country.
