Godrej Properties has entered into a partnership to develop a 100-acre residential township with its sister concern Godrej Agrovet.
The project is located near Sarjapur in East Bengaluru. The proposed township has a developable potential of up to 8.30 lakh square metres (9 million square feet) of saleable area and will be developed as a modern residential development in multiple phases.
The actual saleable area consumed on the site will range between 4 lakh square metres and 8.30 lakh square metres, depending on the type of residential development planned.
The location is well connected to the key IT hubs of Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Outer Ring Road and Electronic City. It will also benefit from well-developed social and physical infrastructure, making it a self-sustaining cluster.
