Mumbai-based real estate developer Tata Housing announced its foray into Odisha with the launch of its residential complex project named Ariana in Shakarpur, Bhubaneshwar.

Ariana is a luxury residential gated community with 12 towers, ranging from 14 to 19 stories. The project would comprise of 1 to 3 BHK units and is being jointly developed in association with the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA).

Asked about entering a new market geography, MD and CEO, Tata Housing, Brotin Banerjee, said, “Over the last few years, real estate as an industry has gained momentum across Odisha with the improvements in infrastructure. Bhubaneswar is also one of the main centres of trade with good purchasing power and demand for premium quality residential properties among end users as well as investors.”

“Given its proximity and connectivity to metro cities such as Kolkata, Bhubaneswar is showcasing a great appetite for high-end living,” he added.

Spread across 12 acres, the project has been designed by international architect Woods Bagot and certified by Indian Green Building Council. Established in 1984, Tata Housing is a closely held public limited company and a subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd. The company is developing large townships and differentiated theme based projects in major and mini metros across all consumer segments from value to luxury housing with a range of Rs 5 lakh to Rs 14 crore.
