1 I go to the gym about three to four times a week. Once the morning exercise is done, I am ready to deal with the day. I try not to check e-mails and social media in the morning as it is incredibly distracting.
2 . My diet is sans sugar, colas and juices. Instead, I consume fruits. I do have a sweet tooth and a weakness for chocolates. So I don’t keep them in the house!
3 . When I am not travelling, I eat many small meals, fruits and nuts consistently.
4 . I used to play ultimate frisbee, now it’s more of squash regularly. And I run. My new personal goal is to be active for one hour every day.
5. My day ends with my disconnecting from devices; I usually fall asleep reading a book.
