The ₹8,000-crore IPO, subscribed 27.28 times, was priced at ₹74-78 and consisted entirely of an Offer-for-Sale by promoter Kedaara Capital-led Samayat Services LLP. With a ₹50,475 crore market cap, Vishal Mega Mart operates 626 stores, offering apparel, general merchandise, and FMCG products, complemented by a robust online presence.
