Spice Mobility Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday August 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended June 30, 2016. Further, as per Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed under the said Code from August 02, 2016 to August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
