National Plastic Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following: 1. Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. 2. Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from October 28, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
