Persistent Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on January 23, 2015 and will continue on January 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following businesses: 1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2014. 2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2014. 3. The payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15. 4. To consider a proposal for declaration / issue of bonus shares, if issue of bonus shares is approved by the Board of Directors, the same will be subject to approval of the Members of the Company. Further the Board of Directors will consider the aforesaid business items on January 24, 2015.
