PMC Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2015, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2015. Further, the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from April 20, 2015 to May 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
