eClerx Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Audited Annual Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2015, as well as the financials for the quarter ended on the said date. The Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2015.
