Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, Mr. Savan Godiawala (IP Registration No. IBBI.IPA-001/IP-P00239/2017-18/10468) (Resolution Professional), the duly appointed resolution professional for the Company appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, shall consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company on standalone basis for the Quarter ended June 30, 2017. It may be noted that for the purposes of the same, the Resolution Professional would be relying on the representations, clarifications and explanations provided by the management and key managerial personnel of the Company for matters which have occurred prior to the commencement of corporate insolvency resolution process against the Company; i.e., August 07, 2017. It is hereby further informed that as per the Circulars issued by the Stock Exchange(s) and as per the Companys Code of Conduct framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from September 20, 2017 to September 28, 2017 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open on September 29, 2017. Please take the above intimation on record and acknowledge.
