UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has hitherto been publishing the quarterly and year to date stand alone financial results of the Company (other than last quarter) in the newspapers pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement. Contrary to this practice, the Company now proposes to publish the quarterly and year to date consolidated financial results commencing from the financial year 2014-2015. Accordingly, the Company has informed that from the first quarter of the financial year 2014-2015 i.e. quarter ended June 30, 2014 and for every reporting period thereafter, the Company will publish quarterly and year to date consolidated financial results in the newspapers alongwith the items of Turnover, Profit before Tax and Profit after Tax on a standalone basis. The consolidated financial results will however be submitted to the exchange along with the standalone financials and will also be uploaded on the Company’s website for the information of the shareholders.
