Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2014 to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1). Pursuant to the said announcement, as per the provisions of the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed between Monday, August 04, 2014 to August 07, 2014 (both days inclusive).
