ABB India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 05, 2015, inter alia, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report thereon for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015 (Q1). Further, as per the Company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from April 01, 2015 to May 07, 2015 (both days inclusive).
