Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 01, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve, the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from October 25, 2014 to November 03, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992.
