Cox & Kings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider quarterly unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Companys scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from October 14, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
