Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month period ended December 31, 2013 (Q3). Further the Company has informed that, pursuant to the "Reliance Infrastructure Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of January 29, 2014 to the closure of business hours of February 07, 2014.
